The service offered by Mia was exceptional. She was friendly, professional and instantly made me feel at ease. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I would highly recommend Mia to any new clients of the service. Thanks again for a lovely experience.

Had an exceptionally good experience today. The therapist performing my laser hair removal was very professional, and very thorough in her work. I've been coming here for years, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone else seeking beauty treatments. Today's session was the kicker in getting me to finally write a review.

The staff at LCA Blacktown are super friendly and helpful. They’re always welcoming and cater to your needs without making you feel awkward or uncomfortable. I was hesitant to get laser done and I discussed my concerns with Mia. She was super helpful and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. She always takes her time to complete my sessions instead of rushing, and constantly checks in to see if I’m okay. I highly recommend this clinic!

The staff are unprofessional, blatantly rude and intentionally missed obvious patches of hair. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money getting treatment done here. Worst laser experience I've had in the last 8yrs of getting laser. Disgusting

My greatest experience since I came back from Canada is when I had my laser hair removal with Marlee.She is super to describe. Her first time in servicing me is truly amazing. She is so pleasant and so respectful. She did my laser hair removal so thorough and so focused without a rush .She made me happy and I told her that. I would be most delighted and happy if she will be on duty when I come back for my next appointment. Thumbs up to Marlee. I hope she won’t leave like Grace who left the team for a Greener Pasteur .And I am hoping there will be more Marlee in the team that is so kind, friendly, thorough & mostly respectful to Seniors like me. Thanks.

Was late for my consultation appointment by literally 5minutes. And she wants to reschedule it for 3.5hours later or another day. 2 people are on the counter not doing anything and no patients couldve taken me for a consultation. But yea really bad customer service.

Just money making! I did my needling and peeling but my skin worst. So selfish staff use to tell me every time we are going to finish our discounts on treatments tomorrow, you can buy 2 or more sessions now you will get discount otherwise tomorrow it will finish. Every time I use to go westpoint and I saw still sale going on. I am not recommending to anyone please don’t go there.

I always have such a lovely experience with Marlee at Laser Clinics Blacktown. She is kind, professional and always makes me feel comfortable during my treatment. She has me in and out in 20 minutes and the laser hair removal is practically painless, she always checks to make sure the laser is tolerable. Thank you so much for your amazing service x
